What products are available for shipping?
We ship all our products except for our tall rainbow cakes and cupcakes.
When do you ship orders? How is my order shipped?
We generally ship Monday through Thursday to ensure the highest quality of our products when they arrive. We ship using FedEx Ground and Express.
What are your shipping fees?
Ground shipment fees are generally $20 per box. Most cookies, and bars can be shipped by ground. Cakes and Cake Buddies must be shipped overnight or two-day express air. Express shipment fees vary depending on where we are shipping to and how quickly it needs to get there. We can give you a quote for express shipping if you give us the address we are shipping to.
Am I charged to reroute packages if an incorrect address was provided?
If we are provided an incorrect address, you are responsible for any extra fees incurred for resending or re-routing your products.Currently, FedEx charges $18 for rerouting due to an incorrect address.
Which locations do you offer shipping?
We ship across all 50 US states. We do not ship overseas.
How is my order packaged to protect it from the heat?
All cakes and cake buddies must be shipped in custom packaging with coolers and ice packs.
We charge an additional $5.00/box for providing insulated packaging and reusable ice packs to ensure freshness. We may charge an additional fee for overnight shipping to locations that experience extreme heat (i.e. Texas, Florida) and/or during the summer months (May 1 – Sept. 30). Cake pops and other desserts may need custom packaging during the summer months. We will let you know of any special shipping requirements are necessary when you place your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number provided by FedEx.
When should I arrange to have my products delivered?
We recommend your shipment is scheduled to arrive about 2 days prior to the event you need the products for. We can help you determine the best date for arrival.
What if my order is delayed by the carrier? What if my order arrives damaged?
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping services, weather/disaster conditions, or for changes incurred for redelivery attempts and/or incorrect address information.
We are experts at shipping our products and have an extremely low rate of damage. However, occasionally it does occur. Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24hours). Please hold on to all packaging material including outer shipping carton.
We might request you take a photo of the damage, including the outer shipping carton. This will help with our claim to FedEx. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us and we will work with you to reasonably rectify the situation
Does someone need to sign to receive my order?
No. You may request that your order requires a signature for delivery, but FedEx generally leaves packages at the delivery address door. We recommend that someone is home to receive the shipment upon arrival to minimize the amount of time your order is exposed to unfavorable weather conditions. We are not responsible for missing packages.
